Individualised Group Sessions

Training in a private setting with a small group of clients, guided by a professional through your individualised program. It’s like personal training but with a few like-minded individuals sharing the space. Remote Coaching

Remote Coaching combines expert guidance with ultimate flexibility. After a personal evaluation, your coach creates a custom plan delivered via our app, allowing you to train anytime, anywhere. Progress is tracked, plans are adjusted, and monthly check-ins keep you supported and on track. Perfect for those who value structure and freedom.

Hybrid Training

Hybrid Coaching blends in-person support with remote flexibility. Weekly sessions refine your technique, build confidence, and address pain points, while tailored app-based programming keeps you on track independently. What is Gym Code? Is it a gym, is it physical therapy, yoga?

Great question! With a name like “Gym Code” you might not be clear on what goes on behind the doors in our studio. Gym Code is a world-class training studio that combines individualised training, personal mentorship, and simple to understand education to help you live a life of freedom, without compromise.

We start with a free Discovery Call to see if we can even help, and then we invite you to come in for an in-person assessment and consultation with one of our professional coaches to determine exactly how we can help you. If we agree that we can help you’ll work 1 on 1 with a professional for a few weeks or a few months, depending on what you need.

In these 100% customised, 1 on 1 sessions, your Lead Professional is constantly providing coaching and feedback while assessing progress weekly to help you develop the competence and confidence in the exercise and lifestyle habits you need to achieve your goals. As you start we start crossing goals off your list and no longer want or need 1 on 1 attention, you have the opportunity to join our small group Ascend sessions. Here you’ll continue your custom program in a group session with other clients doing their own custom program.

So unlike other small groups you may have tried in the past… You’ll never be doing the same workout as someone 20 years younger than you wondering to yourself “should we really be doing the same thing?”

Money is important to me - what's the investment to get started?

Great question! We’re big fans of saving money ourselves, which is why we designed our program specifically to be cost-effective. Our programs are all customised for each client, so the exact number depends on what you’re looking for & how we might be able to help in the first place.

That’s exactly why we typically jump on the phone real quick for a Discovery Call to see what you’re looking for help with, what’s worked/not worked for you & talk through any of the details of our assessment process to design your custom program. This helps us both decide if it even makes sense to work together… That’s why we do a  free Discovery Call first followed by an in-depth assessment, before talking about any long-term programs.

You can schedule by clicking the “Book A Discovery Call ” link. When compared to other programs, plans, shots, or supplements that don’t work, our clients save hundreds each month.

Do I need to go on a "diet" to be successful?

Absolutely not. We aren’t huge fans of “fad diets.” You know the ones I’m talking about — the “cut everything you love out” plans… The truth is nutrition is incredibly personal – the best plan we’ve found is one that you’ll follow long-term.

So rather than giving you some ridiculous fad diet that doesn’t actually help you, we help you create a custom nutrition plan that’s easy for you to follow & you see results starting within the first week or two, all without getting HUNGRY & feeling starved or banishing all of your favorite foods.

I'm a very busy person - how much time do I need to spend at the Gym Code Studio?

Look, we’re all busy these days. We hear you – and unfortunately, we haven’t figured out the magic wand program that solves all your discomfort or gets you ready for the beach in 12 days or less or magically zaps all your body fat off your body in 30 seconds. Sorry! The simple fact is you DO need to put in at least some effort to actually see consistent results.

The cool thing is you really only need to be in Gym Code 2-3 days a week for 60 minutes if you’re doing a specific& personalized training program designed around your unique goals (what a coincidence…that’s exactly what we do with our clients!) Get in, get out, and work specifically on what you need with a professional coach to feel and see results, be happy, live forever (no guarantees on that last one, LOL)

I hate working out/I don't know where to start/I'm not motivated/Help!!?

Hey, we get it! For starters, you probably wouldn’t be here, poking around, looking for help with your health & fitness goals if you were highly super-duper motivated yourself! It’s nothing to be ashamed of… Remember that you’ve got a lot going on in your life & part of the job of your professional coach is to help re-ignite that internal fire so that you are motivated to continue to come in and see results. 

Speaking of results, that’s one of the best ways to get & stay motivated. When you start seeing & feeling results after the first 7-10 days, your brain chemistry actually changes. You become more motivated yourself to want to keep showing up & keep those results coming. With our patented “actually give a sh** about you” accountability and mentorship, it’s physically impossible for you to fall off because we’re checking in & helping you out every step of the way.

You don’t get that with your big-box gym membership (do they really care about you aside from if your credit card goes through every month?… just sayin’).

How do I know this is going to work for me?

We hear you… In a world of new fitness plans, diets, and social media influencers- you want to know that your time, money, and energy are invested in the right program for you.
