Cody is an exceptional personal trainer who has not only helped me in improving my back posture but also have heleped me through the chronic pain in my lowere back and shoulder.My Sessions with Cody have always been instructive and full of knowledge about the nutrients, diet and exercises.He is great at explaining the importance of good posture and the science behind the exercises to fix it. Cody is an excellent fitness coach and I have known him for a while now. I have been going to CodyFitness for awhile and can honestly say it's been a game changer. Cody is one of the best Personal Trainers I have worked with. He genuinely cares and listens to your goals. This is where we meet so that we can determine who you are, where you are, where you want to go, and the best path to get you there.On our call, we will dive into the info you provided, and discuss your current schedule, goals, history, expectations etc.If we decide we are a good fit to work together, we’ll move on to Phase 2.

Step 2: Assesment &Testing

We begin with Movements, flexibility, and mobility assessments and force capacity testing. The goal is to get to know your current abilities, limitations, and educate you on your new training program.All the data gathered from the assessment phase will be brought together for a fully customized program tailored to you.

Step 3:Design & Build

Here we will build foundational skills, and habits, and foster the mindset necessary to reach your dream outcome that we discussed during your consultation and assessment.

Step 4: Optimize

This is the point where you are moving pain-free, you feel confident and competent in your abilities, and you have successfully built and implemented positive daily habits. You have the energy to explore new hobbies and interests once thought beyond your reach and you finally feel like YOU.

Your Training program will continue to progress and build upon the previous phase to keep you moving toward your dreams.
